Since December 1, 2025, Brava has had a sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program trading in the over-the-counter (OTC) market in the United States (US) under the ticker BVENY US, backed by the company’s book-entry, registered, no-par-value common shares.
With this program, the Company seeks to offer investors— including those residing abroad—greater access options, thereby increasing the liquidity and visibility of its shares.
ADRs are depositary certificates representing shares of a company headquartered outside the US and traded in the US securities market. ADRs are quoted in US dollars, and dividends are also paid in this currency. ADRs aim to facilitate the trading of shares of companies headquartered outside the US by investors in the US market.
